BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a collaborative work methodology for the management of building projects or civil works through a digital model. Almost for the first time in history, architects have gone from drawing architectural plans to building the architecture work virtually.This digital model comprises a data base that allows us to manage the elements that will be part of the building once is built.

That is why it is so important to have a multidisciplinary team with the technical knowledge and construction experience necessary to develop that virtual digital model as accurate as possible. Our experience at BIM started in Andalusia back in 1998, so today we can present a solid 20years track-record of progresive practice of this methodology in our office, complemented with our international experience working in London along 7 years.
